how to get access to old wordpress site ? (I can prove my identity to that Site)

Hi WordPress, I had one site earlier named ‘http://rakeshchandra.wordpress.com’. I forgot the login credentials for that site. There are some data on that site that proves that it is really MY site. I had given 3 links to my profiles on other social sites like facebook, twitter etc, on the home page of that wordpress site. I can send messages from those sites to your Support site to verify my authenticity for that wordpress page. Please help me to get that site back.

Hi micawbr, thank you for your reply. but, your link could not solve my problem related to this question.
Problem:
My website/blog is up and running. But, I do not remember email address and username to log into its wordpress account. And I do not have any activation key/transaction key etc. which is required to get access to this website/blog.I had put a link in the section named ‘Follow Author on Social Media’ on the home page of this Website/Blog ‘https://rakeshchandra.wordpress.com’.
This link is of my Facebook profile page.
I can verify my identity by sending any verification message from my Facebook profile to WordPress Support Team. -
