How to get account back after 2 Google Auth app deleted.

So I have a paid account (rhansell.com) but I cannot login of course, so I can’t contact support to reset my two factor auth after I reinstalled the Google Authenticator app. This is beyond frustrating. Any ideas? Move to Squarespace?

Yeah, that doesn’t work. I get prompted for the Google Authenticator code – WHICH DOES NOT WORK. Not only that but the useless Account recovery form doesn’t work. This is maybe the worst process I have ever seen in my life.

Sorry for your frustration with this process. Did you receive a specific error message or other issue while using the Account Recovery form? If there is something going wrong in that process, we’d be happy to take a look and try to fix it for you.
