how to get ads on a low traffic site?

  I am thinking of building up this site to around 200+ views per month but I noticed I can not use adsense and your way requires 25k+ page views per month.
  Is there a way to put ads in to my blog?

  If you require advertising, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on advertising if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
