how to get all blog posts on Blog page

  Hello,

  I am using the free plan and theme Sela. I just posted my first blog post but it doesn’t show under my Blog page. My Primary menu has Home, About, Blog and Contact pages.
  i have a ‘Recent Posts’ widget on my homepage and the blog post’s name shows there.

  Please help me get this blog post in the Blog page and all my future posts also here.
