How to get an email address with my domain

I have registered a domain on wordpress. What I would really like an email address to go without but I really don’t know how to do that.

WordPress doesn’t provide email hosting, but you can set up email service with your custom domain from another provider. Take a look at this support page for some options: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/
