How to get back domain?

    I have registered a domain and also built website at WordPress.com through a service provider, the WordPress account was registered using the agent’s email address, now the agent is disappeared, any advice how I could get back the domain or the WordPress account? Thanks

    Hi there!

    Just to confirm, are you referring to the domain yourdomain.vip? It wasn’t registered through WordPress.com, and I can see that it’s not hosted by us at WordPress.com, either. Please check the Site Profiler for more information about the domain registrar.

    You’ll need to contact the domain registrar for help with the domain.

    As for logging into the actual site, because it was hosted by a different hosting company, you will need to contact the host for help. We can only help with WordPress.com sites on this forum.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that has an overview: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org
