How to get better exposure?

Hey everyone!
Could anyone share ideas with me about how you get exposure on your blog? I’m looking for more comments and views and I’m not sure how to share my posts with the world wide web!
I’d also love to read some other blogs! :)

There are over a thousand tips in the forum, so look around. Do a search, or look at the tag cloud.

I’ve never blogged before or used wordpress, so I’m afraid I don’t know what a tag cloud is? I am looking around the support forums to find tips but I haven’t run across anything so far, I guess my biggest problem is I’m finding it hard to use the dashboard. I’ve read the tutorial but I’m still somewhat lost.

At the top of the main forum page is a search box. Just put “hits” or “Visitors” or related terms in there. You’ll find lots of tips.
The tag cloud is on the left of the main forum page, below the different forum tabs.
And you’ve read http://learn.wordpress.com? That’s the best place to start.
