How to get blog posts linked to my menu list

  Hi,
  I am trying to link my blog posts to certain menu items. For ex. I posted a recipe and it currently shows on my homepage as all of my posts do. However, when my visitors go to the menu and click “recipes”, I want the recipe blog posts to appear.
  How do I set this up?
