how to get blog reactivated after suspension

  Hello,

  My blog has been up and running for almost 2+ months until last week. It got completely suspended (dmca issue) but without any notice for the blog/content published. Can anyone look into the exact matter? Its urgent. If something has been done by mistake or unintentionally, then it would be corrected asap.
