How to get Certified by Alexa?

Get certified by Alexa requires javascript. Will there ever be a plug-in for WordPress.com hosted sites?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No I don’t think that likely at all. There is no FTP access and no plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ FTP access, and plugins are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

Read them all. I also know that as themes are added, widgets that were not available before on WordPress.com hosted sites are now available within certain themes. Alexa has a plug-in that I have used on WordPress.org sites, much like the former plug-in for twitter (a feature that was unavailable on WordPress.com sites only three years ago).
I was simply asking if there are any near-future plans for theme(s) with an Alexa widget.
This seems like it would be a useful thing for increasing traffic to WordPress.com sites. -

There have been zero announcements to that effect. Moreover, as this is a multusiser blogging platform whereon we bloggers cannot access metadata at all, I state again that IMO this is unlikely to be happening at all, let alone, any time soon.
