  i have another wordpress site, my friend made it for me, those site has cpanel like this https://server43007x.masterweb.net:2083/cpsess9680723440/frontend/x3/webmaillogin.html. could you please explain me what is it for? is that important for building a good site?

  There is no upgrade you can purchase from wordpress.com that changes anything stated here > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ You will need to hire a web host and set up a wordpress.org install.
