How to get 'Easy FAQ with Expanding text' theme?

  Hi there,

  I would like for the ‘Easy FAQ with Expanding Text’ theme to be added on wordpress.com.
  I am trying to use this for my FAQ’s page but not having any luck with this.

  Can anyone help me with this?

  There are no expanding text themes here at WordPress.COM. You need to hire a web host and set up a WordPress>ORG install for that.

  How would I set up a WordPress.ORG installation for that? would I need to switch from .com to .org?
  (I’m sorry, im not very tech savvy).
