how to get existing subdomain at wordpress as it is the same my domain?

  i have a website.its domain is xyz.com and someone register free domain at wordpress and become
  xyz.wordpress.com
  how can i get the domain xyz.wordpress.com to me as this person use my site in illegal issues.
  please help.

  The average response time in forums on the internet is something like 13 hours.

  Most places you send emails into for support tell you it will be 24-48 hours before you will here back from them. When staff come through the forums, they will respond. Be patient.
