How to get featured images as page/post headers ALL the time?

  I can’t get featured images to appear as post headers 70% of the time. I can’t work out why not.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you trying to use the Featured Post section shown here?

  

  If so, you’ll need to follow the instructions here under “Multiple Layouts”. That will explain how to setup the showcase page and make sure the image displays properly:
