How to get featured menu section same as in demo of canape theme?

I am trying to customize my website whatiff.wordpress.com .
i tried almost everything but not able to get featured menu section as in demo. Someone please help me out .The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Menu Sections are Hors d’œuvre, Maind and Desserts shown on demo page.
2. Add Menu Items here: https://whatiff.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=nova_menu_item&page=add_many_nova_items
3. Create a new page from https://whatiff.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page
In demo site, the page name is Menu.
Set the page template of this page to Menu Template. Here is how to set a page template: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-attributes/#template
Add a line or two of page content. In demo site it is:
The menu is a mix of French regional cuisines, and the menu changes with the seasons. Be sure to ask about the daily specials!
While still on Add Page screen, scroll down to find Likes and Shares panel and uncheck Show likes and Show sharing buttons.
4. Now you need to add this new page to your menu.
Go to Menus dashboard screen: https://whatiff.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
Make sure you selected your primary menu from
Select a menu to edit: drop down.From the Pages panel on the left, select the menu page you created in step 3 above and click Add to Menu button.
Click blue Save Menu button to the right.
This will add the food menu page to the menu on your site.

Thank you for responding…but i was talking about something else…
I was talking about the menu or image in the bottom of the home page on which i only place my cursor and it shows description. And on clicking on that image opens different page.

Once you’ve set up your three menu sections and descriptions, you can follow these instructions from the setup guide:
A Featured Menu Section, which displays up to three featured items, configured under Customize → Theme Options → Front Page. These items are linked to specific Food Menu sections. Using this option requires creating a Food Menu first — see instructions below. For best results, images uploaded should already be cropped and uniform in size. Recommended width is 345px if you wish to display three items, or 590px each if displaying two items.
