How to get FULL post on front page instead of excerpt?

Theme Grisaille
At this point, my blog posts show up truncated with the “Continue Reading” button. I have not manually truncated them with the “more” option.
Is there any way for me to display the full posts rather than the truncated versions?
Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes: change themes. When a theme automatically truncates, the whole layout is designed to work with that and forcing full posts generally decreases the quality of the design. With some themes, you can copy all the contents of the post in the Text editor and paste it in the Manual Excerpt box below the Write Post box and force it that way, but even this isn’t available for all themes.

re: Grisaille
You compose your whole post first and before you publish it you switch to the HTML editor, copy the code, paste it into the Excerpt box, and publish the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/excerpts/#creating-excerpts
On themes that do have an active excerpt function, the workaround works very well but you have to do it on every post you create. -
