How to Get Help with a Domain

  Hello –

  Client has a domain registered through WordPress.com however, it was set up by a previous vendor and they are unsure who it is actually registered to. How can I help them recover the account and access the domain because it apparently expired and now their website is down as a result?

  Hi @omniacreativestudio, domain recovery can be a bear if it was registered through some other person. Can you share the address so we can check on what can be done in the meantime?

  The domain is: wineswithcauses.org

  We had found another account with the domain wineswithcauses.com, we have access to this one but the .org domain what set up in another account for some reason and not sure who’s account.
