How to get help with email issue

    Hi,
    How can I get some help with a problem I am having with my blog, or do I need to be a premium customer? I am a first time blogger, but have read through the various help files and support forum and unfortunately couldn’t find anything to help with my problem. I created a new topic yesterday morning but no-one (apart from myself adding some clarificaion) has put any responses on it. I wasn’t sure if I should add the detail of the issue again in this topic otherwise it would be a duplicate. Is this the correct place for me to be putting my request – or should it be in another forum?
