How to get in contact with WordPress support?

  My account doesn’t match with the domain bought. Cant find acces to my thesupporters.com user page. The only thing I got is the Paypal recipt.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the domain name URL that you purchased please? After you make the purchase you have to act on the domain mapping set up.

  As you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog.

  See here if you already own a domain http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

  thank you for your help.
  Actually I purchased the domain directly from WordPress, I don’t have to map an existing domain. Just don’t undestand why if I sign in with my account, thesupporters.com is not listed.

  thesupporters.com is hosted by MELON IT GmbH not by WordPress.com.
  Name Servers:
  ns1.sprit.org
  ns2.sprit.org

  There is no domain mapping upgrade for thesupporters.com. If you would like to use this domain to map to from your WordPress.com blog then you will first need to set up domain mapping.

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

  Ok, but how is possible to recover the log-in datas? Would like to show my Paypal to the guys from WordPress.

  If you take a look at the receipt, you should be able to see the username and email address associated with the blog you’re trying to access, under the “Billed to” portion of the receipt. Are you able to login using that username?

  If you have trouble doing so, try using our Lost Password utility.
