How to get monetized by blogs on wordpress!!

Hi to all forum mates,
I intend to make money by my blogs on wordpress.com and need to know as follow:-
1. Do I need to have my own website to get start earning by my blogs or its the third party website to whom I register and pay and than start the earnings??
If the third part websites mandatory than please suggest few the best on net.

There is no blogger initiated advertising allowed and that includes paid or sponsored content and ad banners.
There is a single advertising program called WordAds, which you can read more about here: http://wordads.co/ It’s for blogs on their own domains but as I said above advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed. For full details, please see:

There are no restrictions on advertising if you hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
