How to get more followers on WordPress.com?

  I am semi-new to blogging, and have developed a blog site for my daughter who is known as “The Worlds Cutest Baby.” I blogged before, but never really cared about followers. I feel that the world needs to see my beautiful baby! Any suggestions? Any feedback would be awesome! Thanks!
