How to get my domain back

  Hi,

  I previously registered my domain pimfhachan.com to WP and wanted to transfer the domain to another registrar and host.

  I registered the domain in May and waited after the 60-days lock but I still couldn’t transfer the domain to another registrar. I checked the domain info on Namecheap and it says that my domain is still locked.

  I followed the instructions that your team shared in the forum and went to WordPress>Upgrade>Domains, but I only saw the subdomain that your team created (i.e. pimfhachans.wordpress.com).

  Please let me know how to successfully transfer my domain to another registrar.

  It seems that your domain was not correctly connected to your account (why you could not see it) but you still show as the registered owner in our system.
