How to get my home tab to link to my new address?

  the home button does not take me to my new address and blog but still goes to my old blog which is randomlittlekitchen can someone help me so that the home button goes to my new blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Were you able to get this fixed? When I click the “Home” menu label on randomlittledreams.wordpress.com, I’m taken to the randomlittledreams address.
