How to get my pages to the top of my blog?

  I would like my pages to be at the top of my blog instead of the bottom. Is that related to the theme I chose or can I make this happen??

  Your theme puts the menu at the bottom of the page. There might be a way to move it with CSS, but it would be tricky. Unless you are totally in love with the theme (or don’t care that much about where the menu is) it might be time to look for a new one.
