Hello there,
To verify blog ownership of a WordPress.com blog with the major search engines you must use this process > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
Note 1: Even if you do not verify the blog the content will be indexed by search engines so don’t feel panicky about this please.WordPress.com automatically supplies sitemaps for our blogs to search engines – we do nothing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sitemaps/#xml-sitemaps-for-search-engines
It takes weeks for search engines to index content in a new blog and/or to re-index content under a new URL. What attracts search engines is unique content the cannot in posts that cannot be found anywhere else on the internet. Start now publishing original content posts frequently two or even three times weekly. For more information read > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/01/21/omg-i-cant-find-my-blog-on-google/
Lastly note that we cannot assist with search engine issues. They are between the blogger and the search engine. http://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/

If you are asking about http://32ndnoteblog.wordpress.com/
It will never show up on any search engine in it’s current condition. This is because there is nothing on it, search engines don’t care and will not index a site that has no content. See @TT’s notes above and put some Posts on your blog

auxclass, here is the link to my blog- as you see it has three current blog posts but I’m concerned ( not panicky ) at least yet :-) that it’s displaying to searchers as if it had no content and is not up on any search engines, at least yet. tx- marc
Blog about the novel “Taichi The Story of a Chinese Master in America.” cont.

I repeat what I clearly stated above. It takes weeks for search engines to index content. We cannot assist with search engine issues. They are between the blogger and the search engine. http://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/

Well, that is not the URL of your blog.
The URL of the blog is taichinovel.wordpress.com/.
You have to pay attention to such details when you are registering and trying to get the attention of search engines.
-
Still – three Posts on a three week old blog – still inside the 4 to 6 week frame for a new site to be indexed. Also a search string needs to be very specific to find a small site – I speak from personal experience on that one. Take @TT’s advice above
-
One other observation – you are blogging about a book – tough to beat the big bookstores and other long established book sites to be at the top of the heap with search engines – pay special attention to the social marketing part of @TT’s info above

Yes, and to exacerbate things I started to post on another page before my tech set me up with the blog page so the header & title could appear on a different url than what’s being displayed and show nothing because the original posts were archived.-but at least you were able to access both, thanks for that & timethief for trying to help a luddite navigate around his issues- lost like a bedouin in a sandstorm as usual, It’s a wait’n see or may have to call tech in again

auxclass, thanks this is only one of about fifteen recommended steps in addition to social media that I’m using to help market my book including trying to obtain the services of a “reasonably priced” publicist & I’m just getting started! so i’m painfully aware of the uphill climb & tx for your suggestions & TT’s-m
