how to get my wordpress working

    Hello I end up transfering my websites from one host provider to another not by choice, host provider has been down for weeks, so I could not operate my business like that, but when transferred to hostgator they did not have WordPress on the cpanel nor do they have Softaculous, my questions how to I get my wordpress woocommerce working so I can be online, I paid for plugins, and addons already which are sitting in folders on new host provider (hostgator). need your help
