how to get new domain name added to my list of blogs

    I have several wp.com sites and I recently set up a self hosted site using wordpress with domain name livingoutyourfaith.com, and it was added to my list of websites under my username. Then I decided to change my domain name on that self-hosted site to davehilgendorf.com, but that does not show up on my list of websites. How do I change that?
