How to get notify if any thing changed from dashboard

Hello There,
I want to get notified if any other person modified a page from
Appearence -> Theme editor. Is it possible to get notified in wordpress.

For what it’s worth, nobody but a site administrator should have access to the theme editor. If you’re concerned about people editing that or any other setting, you might want to reconsider their role on the site. Hoping this helps!
