How to get page tabs under my header image

  Hi,

  Sorry I am quite new to WordPress and I am still trying to find my way around it. I was wondering how I can get some tabs linking to each of the different individual sections of my site under the header. I cant seem to find the widget which allows a horizontal menu page tabs to be created.
