How to get people to your site?

    I have had byzaya for quite a few years, and only had 2 people comment on my site. HOW DO I GET MORE INTEREST? I am 81 years old now, and have had so many experiences to share. I love to share.

    Hey there @byzaya! We’re glad you’re here and I’ll bet we can help you get more attention to your site.

    Usually most of your engagement will come from new posts that show up in the reader for other user.

    We have several tips for getting more engagement and traffic. I’m guessing the three that will help you most are:

    • Engage with the community by genuinely reading and commenting on other posts that interest you. There are other tips in that article, too; you’ll want to check them out! Blogging often can help, for example.
    • Use tags on your posts (I’d say shoot for ten; no more than 15 total tags+categories)
    • You might also like participating in the daily writing prompts, where folks share their thoughts on a single topic. I think you’ll have the most luck writing about each day’s prompt, but you can also look back through other prompts, too:
