How to Get Permission to Transfer my blog domain to another host?

  Hi there,

  I needed to switch my wordpress platform to a host that would allow me to use Aweber. I have since been waiting 2 months for the domain: http://www.giveforgranted.com to switch over as I have already paid for the transfer on the new host account.

  How to I get this permission to transfer my blog domain?? I believe it has been over 2 months which is the time you need to wait in order to switch it over.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
