How to get photo from post shown on Twitter

  Hi, when I post a blog it gets shared with my twitter account but only words and a hotlink to the original post gets uploaded. How can I get the photo uploaded as well,

  I have linked my blog post to Twitter -, can anyone tell me how to automatically attach a photo to my Twitter post, when I post and share a blog post?
