  i just purchased wordpress premium one year plan but i want to get refund
  where do i request that from?

  I would be happy to issue you a refund for your upgrade. Do you intend to use your domain paradisela.com on WordPress.com (in which case I can retain your domain mapping) or would you like to cancel that as well?
