How to get refund from WP bundle?

    Does anyone knows how can I get refund from WP bundle? I purchased this without knowing if I should or not because I’m trying to get the Themify theme. And now I realised that this is totally not required and hence I need a refund for what I don’t need. And it within 30 days, kindly please advise how can I reach WP for this? They are not responding to me!!!!!

    Hi there,

    You were unable to cancel your WordPress.com Premium purchase because you have a domain registered through the Premium upgrade, so we must handle the purchase cancellation manually.

    Domain registrations may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. However you can cancel the rest of the Premium upgrade for a refund of $73.

    If we refund the rest of the Premium upgrade purchase, you can continue to use the domain apetuready.com for your WordPress.com site, or you may point the name servers to another hosting provider in order to use the domain somewhere else. Here’s more information about using your domain at another hosting provider:

    If you do not wish to continue to use your domain, we can cancel it as well. Please note that once it’s been cancelled, it may not become available in the future to register again. We typically would advise against this course of action unless you are certain you do not plan to use the domain in the future.

    Hi there,

    Yes I would like to proceed with the refund. Just keep the domain which I am using right now for Wp.org, just refund the bundle which I paid for. Thank you.

    Thanks for the confirmation.

    As requested, I cancelled and refunded the Premium bundle minus the cost of the domain. Please note, it normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
