How to get rid of ‘an active link’ of ‘a deleted post’?
-
HI!
I POSTED A PREVIEW OF A ‘SONGBOOK’ I’M WORKING IN AND GOT THE FOLLOWING LINK…
https://edgoulartblog.wordpress.com/2020/06/01/free-christian-easy-piano-songbook/
THEN I DELETED THE POST ‘CAUSE I FOUND SOME ERRORS IN IT; AND NOW, WHEN ONE TRY THE LINK ABOVE ONE GET THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE:
‘Oops! That page can’t be found.’
THAT’S OK; BUT, THE PROBLEM IS THAT PEOPLE CONTINUE TO VISIT THE POST DAILY, THROUGH THE LINK BELOW…!!!NOW, PLEASE, HOW COULD I GET RID OF THIS active link OF THIS deleted post?

Hi there,
The post at https://edgoulartblog.wordpress.com/2020/06/01/free-christian-easy-piano-songbook/ is deleted, so no one can visit it any more.
https://edgoulartblog.files.wordpress.com/2020/06/songbook.pdf is not a post, but a link to a PDF file in your site’s media library, and has no connection at all to the deleted post.
If you don’t want people to be able to access that file any more, you need to delete it at My Site ->Site ->Media.

Wow!!!
A problem resolved, is not a problem anymore! ;-)
