How to get rid of buttons-for-website referral spam

    I keep receiving referrals from what I believe to be a spam referrer called buttons-for-website. It seems to be associated with Brazil. I did try classifying the referrer as spam by pressing the spam entry when I hovered over the referrer name, but I am continuing to get referrals anyway – it just doesn’t always show the referrer’s name (tends to show it and then it disappears). How do I get rid of this? I am a novice, so need easy to follow instructions. Thank you!
