How to get rid of invalid Twitter authorization request when I'm writing posts.

This appears as I’m editing my posts:
To enable Publicize: Twitter, you will need to authorize your WordPress.com account on not a diabetic… don’t identify as a disease to connect with your Twitter account.
    Authorize connection with Twitter
Yet it seems I am connected to Twitter! When I click “Authorize connection with Twitter” it says: Whoa there! The request token for this page is invalid. It may have already been used, or expired because it is too old. Please go back to the site or application that sent you here and try again; it was probably just a mistake.
It’s irritating-and confusing_to keep seeing this! Can you help me get rid of this??
    I have 2 active blogs: notadiabetic.wordpress.com and aseamlesslife.wordpress.com.
    Thank you!

Please also make sure you’re running the latest version of your browser:

    Then, try reconnecting to Twitter.
