how to get rid of logo on my post?

  Hello everyone!
  Do you know how to get rid of this standard logo design provided by WordPress, i guess, on the right column of my page. It’s too bad that we can’t have our gravatar/blavatar displayed , but why this not so pretty design assigned to my pages.?
