How to get rid of referrer spam?

In the past few days, there have been a few hits on my site through this link: facebook.com/beutskinsnehealthcare. I’m fairly certain this is spam and am not sure how to handle it. Any help would be appreciated!

You can check it out and report them to Facebook for spam referrals if on further investigation it is indeed spam.

There isn’t a place to do this at on Facebook without finding the offending link. It’s happening to me too and I don’t see a link to my site anywhere on their public facing wall. What can I do?

Well, the OP knows what FB page is linking to the blog. If you don’t know where the link is coming from, clearly you can’t report the referrer. How do you know it’s spam?

An incoming link from Facebook is not dangerous. As for the character of the person linking to you, I have no idea.

Come to me the last two days. I don’t have Facebook, can’t check it out. But this is not a site that I like to see it linking to mine.
How can we block it from this end? WordPress Admin? Help! -

And i’m not on FB, too. When searching “beutskinsnehealthcare” on google, it seems it’s not a real personal FB account, but something less reliable. Anyway, i don’t think it could be dangerous for us as an incoming link. Just beware going yourself on the FB page from the link you find on your stats page, no ? (this is just a supposition, i’m not a specialist at all !). If you know more, thanks for telling…
