how to get rid of sidebars on Modularity lite

    first when setting up my new theme I selected ‘enable 2 column sidebar’. then after working on it I would like to delete the sidebars and just have one standalone front page. i can’t see anywhere how to get rid of the sidebars and revert to the single page? is it something to do with widgets? i’m using Modularity Lite. oh, and can you tell me how to get the images to work as the slideshow featuring just one at a time? I’m just learning….but i love it so far Help appreciated, from Liz
