  How can I get rid of example posts and those kinds of things?

  Hi @plantbasedsherri, you can delete pages here:
  https://wordpress.com/pages

  And posts here:
  https://wordpress.com/posts

  Or, if you’re inserting a new page and you’re getting default content in the template, just click on each section so you can change it as you’d like (or remove it.)
