How to get rid of the big purple square on the top of my homepage

    There’s this giant purple square on the top of the home page. It’s not there when I am editing the page but it is there when it is uploaded. Can somebody help me? I’ve tried everything and need this page done ASAP

    Hi @mikayla085, I think I see the issue.

    You’ve got a featured image. It’s getting cut off because of the shape and size of the image vs the size of your screen. And it’s purple because that’s how your colors are currently customized.

    Can you head to My Site -> Design -> Customize, then click on Content Options? From there you’ll have the option to uncheck the Featured Image display for pages and posts.

    That should get rid of the purple box for you. Hoping that helps!
