How To Get Rid of the Default Header in Twenty Ten

I’m pretty new to this, and I was just wondering if anyone had any insight on how to get rid of the default “Not Just Another WordPress site” on the Twenty Ten theme.

First off, for SEO purposes I would suggest that you go to settings > general and edit the tagline and change it into something appropriate to your particular site. Then hide it in the CSS. The search engines can still see it, but your visitors will not be able to.
