How to get rid of the "like", "Twitter" & "Facebook" – Buttons

  I want my website to appear without the “like”, “Twitter” & “Facebook” – Buttons. How should i code it? Is it also possible to get rid of the text at the bottom saying: ” Blog at WordPress.com. Theme: Customized Photography by The Theme Foundry”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?
