How to get rid of the renewal message on my website

  I’m trying to change my web address from sugartheseries.com back to sugarthewebseries.wordpress.com. The problem is that I can’t seem to get rid of the renewal message on my site . I’ve tried clearing my cache and my cookies. I’ve also remapped the domain back to sugartheseries.wordpress.com. Still, I get nothing.

  What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

  I’m sorry about that. Do you want to completely cancel the domain: sugartheseries.com? Please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.

  Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.

  @yummielife – It looks like your domain has already been cancelled. In the future, please just open your own thread. No need to contact us several times. :)
