How to get round blank box/uploading image problem

thank you guys! after reading many other forum answers I have now found out how to get round the problem.
If you have the same thing as I do – where you can upload an image, go through the whole process to the last stage and then all you get is a blank box and can go no further, you have to (I was working in Firefox on Mac 0S X):
a) clear private data (in Tools on Firefox)
b) close down firefox and restart, make sure you only have one tab
c) upload pictures to their own post before writing anything
d) click post url before saving into postRidiculous that you have to do all of that, but it worked for me. ONCE. let hopes it works again! I’ve probably jinxed it now!
