How to get separate passwords for two blogs that a client owns

My client has two blogs in her area. They need to have separate passwords. I admminister one, someone else admins the other. How do I do this? Change the primary blog password without affecting the other blog sign in/password?

Do I need another account and then move the blog to it? How do I keep the current blog name? Will upgrading to pro do this for me?
