How to get Site Stats on yeastinfectioncuresinfo.com/admin dashboard

  On my website “yeastinfectioncuresinfo.com”, on the WordPress dashboard,
  below HOME, I do not have a Site Stats tab and Akismet Stats tab. So I can not see my website statistics. Please help

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, not a WordPress.com blog.

  For Site Stats, you’ll need to install http://jetpack.me/ and you can get Akismet from http://akismet.com/

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
