how to get specific post on specific page?

  Hi, I set up 3 pages/slugs on my blog. I want to post to each page, for example I want to post news to the NEWS page. I want to click on the NEWS slug and see my postings about news. I can’t make it happen using categories or starting with a new page. I’ve spent hours reading the support contents.
  what am I doing wrong?
