  I want to build a website but already have a domain name with arvixe which is set to renew in less than 2 months. I don’t mind moving it all to you and doing it all together but I must get this sight up and running asap. which do i choose and how can i start designing a site?

  Hi there,

  What you would do is create a site with a free WordPress.com blog address. You are assigned a .wordpress.com or a .home.blog subdomain whenever you create a site with WordPress.com, so you can just use that as the domain as you build the site and determine whether or not this is the platform you want to use. The site starts off private until you are ready to launch it.

  

  

  Once you are done developing the site, you can make the decision to transfer the domain over:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  map an existing domain:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  Or even creating a new one:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/
